4.0) Staff Information Staff information is the platform for managing the staff, their details, adding, deleting and updating.
a. For searching, the users can enter the staff's name or sign in ID, then the system will showed the searching result. b. For adding new staff, the users can click【+Add】, fill up the new staff's information. i) The users may create new sign in ID for the new staff. ii) The users are required to fill up the name of new staff, telephone number, email address etc. iii) The users can decide which branch is able sign in by the staff. Secondly, the users may also decide which functions can be access by the special staffs and so on. iv) The users are only to tick beside the chosen functions and【Save】. c. For updating those existing staff, the users are required to select the name of staff, editing and changing. The users can change new password for the staff by click【Reset Password】and【Save】. d. For deleting staff, the users can click【-】button beside the staff list, double confirmed and【OK】. |
