3.0) Customer Information The users can searching, adding, deleting or editing the customer information in this page. a. For searching, the users can enter the name, IC number or contact number of customer, then the system will showed the searching result. b. For adding new customer, the users can click【+Add】, fill up the customer information such as IC number, name, client code and【Save】. c. For editing those existing customer, the users are required to select the name of customers, editing and changing, then click【Save】. d. For deleting customer, the users can click【-】button beside the customer list, double confirmed and【OK】. e. The users can create group for their customers. The users are required to select the customers who want to be grouping, click【Group】, manage the group information by fill up the group name, description, code, and click【Save】. f. The users can choose sending SMS/Email to individual selected customer or group of customer. i) The users may use (name) in the message text to present customer name. ii) For sending email, the company email address is required to be setup in admin function first, thus the customer may reply the email to thus email address. iii) For sending SMS, the SMS alert feature and company SMS sender name are required to be setup in admin function first ($0.085 per SMS). iv) For pure English SMS text, the per SMS length is limited to be 150 characters, if Non-English character included (e.g. Chinese), the SMS length is limited 60 character, over length of text content will be impose extra charges for sending SMS. g. The users may also downloaded the customer list of particular day by just click【Downloaded】. h. Furthermore, the users can uploaded the customer list instantly by following the template of excel and save time and convenience. |
